Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the services of codearchitecturehub (Passeig de Sant Joan 10, 08010 Barcelona, Spain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our web development services.

Service Scope

codearchitecturehub provides web development services including custom web application development, interactive portal systems, mobile-first responsive design, database architecture, cross-platform web services, performance optimization, UI/UX engineering, and cloud infrastructure & DevOps. Project Engagement & Payment

All projects begin upon receipt of a signed agreement and initial deposit as specified in the project proposal. Payments are due according to the milestone schedule outlined in the agreement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables are transferred to the client. codearchitecturehub retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement. Third-party libraries and dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, source code, and client data. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 24 months.

Limitation of Liability

codearchitecturehub's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. codearchitecturehub will deliver all completed work and source code within 7 business days of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal proceedings.

Refund Eligibility

codearchitecturehub offers refunds under the following conditions: (a) the project has not yet commenced work beyond the initial consultation phase; (b) cancellation is made within 7 days of the initial deposit payment; (c) the deliverables materially fail to meet the specifications outlined in the signed project agreement.

Refund Calculation

Approved refunds are calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation. The initial deposit (typically 30% of the total project fee) is non-refundable after work has commenced. Any payments for completed milestones are non-refundable if the work meets the agreed specifications.

Refund Process

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with your project reference number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) domain name registrations and third-party license fees; (b) hosting fees already incurred; (c) work completed and approved by the client; (d) customization requests made after initial specification approval; (e) SEO and marketing services after campaign launch.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of entering a remote contract (Directive 2011/83/EU). However, this right may be waived once the service delivery has begun with your explicit consent.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before pursuing alternative dispute resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain. codearchitecturehub is committed to resolving refund matters promptly and fairly.
